Custom application templates in Blender are a very powerful feature. You can customize your workspace and share it with other users. You can also include some addon files and startup file to complete the custom environment. Here´s a guide on how you can install the XSIMOD theme on Blender. First you need to dowload this .zip file and unpack it somewhere on your desktop. Then you need to access these paths on your PC ( MAC has a different paths where Blender installs):
(C:\Program Files\Blender Foundation\Blender\2.79\scripts….) is equivalent to: {BLENDER_USER_SCRIPTS}/
so we have that application templates on PC go to:
{BLENDER_USER_SCRIPTS}/startup/bl_app_templates_user
or
{BLENDER_SYSTEM_SCRIPTS}/startup/bl_app_templates_system

How to Uninstall an Application Template from Blender
There is currently now way to uninstall a template from the user interface, but removing the template is as simple as deleting the folder.
When you install a template all that happens is the zip file you selected gets extracted to this location.
- Windows – Users\<USER>\AppData\Roaming\Blender Foundation\Blender\2.79\startup\bl_app_templates_user
- MacOS – /Users/<USER>/Library/Application Support/Blender/2.79/startup/bl_app_templates_user
- Linux – $HOME/.config/blender/2.79/startup/bl_app_templates_user
Delete the BlenderPro Folder in that location and once you restart the application the template will be removed.
If you´re using Blender 2.8 you can download the COLOR THEME for Blender 2.8 here>>
