Animation Nodes in Blender 2.91 – Install and easy project

Animation Nodes in Blender

#Animation Nodes is an addon for #Blender that will allow you to create procedural animation. In this video we will install it in the newest version of Blender, download a free 3D motorcycle and setup the nodes to get a basic animation.

Jacques Lucke is the author of the impressive system that you can use within Blender. He has been working actively since its first version to be implemented natively in Blender to generate visual “coding” to do everything through nodes. In the Blender roadmap for future versions, there is a project called “Everything Nodes” which will imply it’s a grown-up version of “Animation Nodes”.

Certainly, there has been a rise of addons to create procedural animation and mesh generation through nodes like Sverchock and the most recent “Geometry Nodes” which is in experimental stage in Blender 2.92.

As a 3D Animator and VFX compositor who has been used to work with Nodes all my life, I would say it is a great time to jump into Blender procedural options and start creating more amazing animations.
